1. Is there a charge for tech support?
No, not at all. Your problems are ours.

2. What information do I need for tech support to help me?
Your full name, last four digits of your credit card used, order number, date of purchase and name of software.

3. Why won't my license key work?
When you enter your personal information during purchase it is submitted as a part of your
Registration information. Please be aware of spaces, dashes, periods and any other punctuation.

4. I get "invalid or expired key" when trying to unlock Bug Eliminator, why?
Because the unlock key is time sensitive, please check your system date and time on your PC
and make sure it is current. Then try again, if this does not solve your problem let us know and
we will try other methods to help

5. When I click on the software icon nothing happens, how come?
The software launches automatically when Windows boots up and it is added to your system
tray (located near the clock).Be aware of hidden icons too, click on the arrow to see all icons.
Double click on icon to bring up the software; it will appear on your desktop. You can also right
click on the icon to see more options.

6. The software will not download and/or the file says it's corrupt, what's wrong?
This comes up when there is a problem with your download program, with your internet connection, These reasons sometimes cause bad downloads with error messages or even denial or download. Please visit our web-site later to re-download the software. If you are still experiencing difficulties, contact

7. There are two common ways to uninstall a software program properly.
1. Go to Start menu -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> from the list, select the software you want to uninstall and hit "Remove".
2. In particular, Eliminator Works software can be also uninstalled by going to:
- Start -> Programs -> "Software name" -> Uninstall "Software name"
or- Start -> Programs -> Eliminator Works -> "Software name" -> Uninstall "Software name". Also make sure to close Bug Elimiantor before uninstalling it.
If the program was not uninstalled properly, then install it again and uninstall correctly!
